The Chapel: Will accommodate every family we serve. We can divide the room in the center for two visitations, However, we do not divide the attention that each family deserves. For the services the main chapel can accommodate seating for every family.
Seating Area: The updated furniture and bright open space provides for a comfortable environment for family and friends to gather.
Coffee Lounge: The coffee lounge is unique in having a sitting area as well as the refreshment bar.
Entry Hall: The entry hall is where the staff and family welcomes their family and friends into the home.
The Clergy Waiting Area: This area is where the clergy or the person officiating the service meditates prior to the service. In this room also is a piano that can be used for any services or visitation.
The Lead Window in the Coffee Lounge: Mrs. Brock, the former owner of the Brock Funeral Home said the window was purchased by the former owner of McCurdy's Funeral Home father in the late 1800's. It was brought to the United States by boat and was too large to be installed in their home in Canal Winchester. Mr. McCurdy found the window in his fathers storage unit and installed the lead window in the funeral home the early 1970's, almost 80 years after the window was brought to the states. This is just one of many historical artifacts that can be found in the home.
Swick-Bussa-Chamberlin Funeral Home: The exterior view of the funeral home was taken in November 2010. We have prided ourselves on maintaining the historic home and the property located at the "Y". The newest addition was added in 2002, which consisted of over 2500 square feet of additional space giving us a large state room, handicapped accessible restrooms and many new features that make us one of a kind.
We have garnered attention from local beautification clubs and organizations for the plush landscaping. In the summer, the beautiful roses line the walkway as well, many perennials also bloom.

Handicapped Accessibility is throughout our funeral home. We have the ramp for easy admittance into the home as well as ADA approved restroom facilities. We are one of a few funeral chapels that has all of your needs on one floor. No stairs, no elevators, no hassle.
